Ennistymon, County Clare – Welcome to our exciting event that celebrates the magic of printmaking! Join us for a series of two workshops over two Sundays, where your child will have the opportunity to explore the captivating world of printmaking and unleash their creativity. Led by the highly skilled fine artist, painter, and printmaker Éanna Byrt, these workshops will provide your little ones with a unique hands-o n experience in various printmaking techniques and styles.

During the workshops, children will learn a variety of printmaking techniques and styles, guided by an expert instructor. They will have the chance to experiment with their own creativity and express themselves through their artwork. The workshops are designed to be engaging and fun, offering plenty of hands-on activities and opportunities for children to explore their own ideas.

Over the course of two workshops starting on Sunday, 28th of May, children will develop their printmaking skills. They will explore drawing, paper, and texture, building their artistic abilities and discovering the endless possibilities of printmaking. The workshops will culminate on Sunday, 4th of June, where children will create their final artworks in preparation for the exhibition.

The final exhibition on Cruinniu day will showcase the wonderful work that the children have created during the previous workshops. It will be a moment of pride and accomplishment for the young artists as their artwork is displayed for all to admire. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to introduce your children to the world of printmaking and witness their creative talents unfold!

This is an active art activity, so participants are asked to dress accordingly in old clothes for painting or bring overalls. For the safety and well-being of all children, those aged 6 and under must be accompanied by a parent throughout the workshops. Please inform us of any allergies your child may have when booking.
